30-day returns

We want your gear to earn its place. If something isn’t right, return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Open your account and find the order.
2. Choose the item and reason for return.
3. Pack it securely and attach the provided label.
4. Drop it with the carrier — we email you when it is scanned.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges ship as soon as the original item is scanned by the carrier, so you are never left waiting on stock.
